Window Vista : How to disable Vista UAC

Although I do not recommend disabling UAC (User Account Control) in Vista for regular daily use I can understand how annoying it can be when you get prompted every time you do something. UAC is there for security reasons, so by disabling Vista UAC your computer will be less secure.

To disable Vista UAC go inside the “Control Panel” by clicking the “Start” menu, now in the search box in the upper right side type in “UAC”

There will be link that says “”Turn User Account Control (UAC) on or off” click on it
Now make sure to “uncheck” the box next to “Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer” click “OK” to continue
Now “Reboot” the computer to finish the job and now no more annoying warning dialog boxes
